Tad and Dana had a colorful, Caribbean flavored wedding in June.  Everything was hosted at Cedarwood that day and even featured steel drummers during the ceremony and cocktail hour!  Tyrone Smith and the Revue closed the party out, and we enjoyed meeting and working with Peter, Whitney and Sarah from fabulous Dove Photography.

Bridal Show & a LONG weekend!

Whew, it was a long weekend…but a great one!

We shot Tamika & Robert’s beautiful wedding on Saturday (details coming soon), then set up and got ready for our booth at Weddings the Bridal Show on Sunday!  It was great seeing many of you there, and thanks for stopping by our booth.

Tamika & Robert :: Montage

No Blues on Beale!

We were in Memphis for David & Hannah’s June 20th wedding at Christ the Rock Church in Germantown and the Historic Daisy on Beale.  It was extra special for us because David’s sister and brother-in-law are long time friends of ours! We had a blast visiting with their family and being part of the weekend festivities.  David and Hannah have such a deep and spunky love for each other and its evident all throughout the video… look for the Trailer coming soon!

Megan & Markus

It was great to be part of Megan & Markus’ wedding May 30th!  The beautiful couple were married at Cheekwood in the Wills Garden and had an outdoor reception on the front steps of the Parthenon in Nashville.  We also enjoyed meeting and working with Gregory Byerline and his talented photography crew as well as wedding planner Elissa Barfoot from Ariel Nashville.

Whew… even though the full brunt of summer has not come close yet, it’s amazing how quickly you can work up a sweat at outdoor weddings!  We did try to fight off the dehydration and fit in a few water breaks in between capturing some great shots with our new gear.  Watch for the Wedding Trailer coming this week!

The LoveStory of John & Erin

Kelsey and I have been working on this for the past couple of weeks and we couldn’t wait to share it with you guys. We had the opportunity to spend a few hours with John and Erin in good ole’ Louisiana to tell both the story of them falling in love and as well as catch a glimpse of their Yahtzee rivalry. I realized during this project how much I love the storytelling aspect of what we do and how it makes me a little giddy seeing how couples fall in love. I know I said “giddy” and I’m a guy but what can I say….I’m married.  Here is the LoveStory of John and Erin done FocalPoint Style!
